Pistì artisanal doves are born slowly in our laboratory in Bronte. Our pastry chefs carefully preserve the mother yeast from year to year. The cost, prepared with top-quality ingredients, is left to rise for up to 36 hours. You can taste the Pistì colombe in various ways, traditional, with candied fruit, stuffed with pistachio cream and covered with white or dark chocolate.
