SIMPLE PLEASURES WITH ANCIENT TASTE

At the base is the highly scented Sicilian orange blossom honey, then dried fruit and an ancient process made up of small gestures. In our area, the crunchy is also called "turruni", or nougat, but mostly to associate it with the idea of "torrere", i.e. toasting. In the preparation and in the recipe, the crunchy cannot be associated with nougat except for the use of almonds. Here we prepare it using only selected dried fruit. Almonds, Hazelnuts and Pistachios, roasted and processed for a long time.

CRISPY TOUCHES AND STICKS

Pieces of crunchy almond, hazelnut and pistachio enclosed one by one inside a transparent case. A delicacy to be tasted even with the eyes. Inside, the individual pieces are stored in sachets so that they can be carried around to face the sudden attacks of craving for sweets. For those with a sweet tooth, we prepare the crunchy in sticks to enjoy it all in one go.
