A delicious cold pistachio pie, cheesecake. It is a dessert that everyone likes and we have prepared it using our flour, grains and our pistachio cream.

For the preparation of the cheesecake we used 3 of our products: pistachio flour and chopped pistachio and pistachio cream.
Grind the biscuits, add the vanillin and soft butter. Mix with a spatula and then knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Prepare a mold of about 20 cm (can be opened). Place a baking sheet on the bottom. Roll out the dough evenly with your hands and then put in the fridge.
Whip cream, mascarpone, sugar, vanillin and add the chopped pistachios. A very compact cream must be obtained.
Spread it on the biscuit base in the mold, level and add the pistachio cream previously heated in a bain-marie to make it easier to spread. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
After getting it out of the fridge, start the decoration with flour, pistachio grains and on the side with the pistachio cream. Finally, put it back in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Now all that remains is the taste!
