Prepare all the necessary ingredients mentioned above and start with the preparation.
Prepare the base by whipping the eggs and sugar with an electric beater.
First add the oil and then the milk. Then pour in, one by one, the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Transfer the well-blended mixture into a well-buttered and floured mould about 20 cm in diameter. Bake in a static oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
Bake, allow to cool and then cover with cream of pistachio with the help of a spatula.
Sprinkle with grains of pistachio.
