Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then add the flour and salt and the teaspoon of baking powder and knead for a few minutes. Separately whip the egg whites.
Then mix everything with a wooden spatula and mix well. Place the mixture in a pastry bag and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper, forming sticks of about 7/8 cm. Bake in a basic oven preheated to 220° for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Bake, allow to cool, then fill with cream of pistachio Pistí .
Decorate and sprinkle with grains.
