Start beating the eggs with a hand mixer.
Gradually add the flour, always gradually the milk, butter and vanilla. After you are done leave everything to rest.
Heat a non-stick pan of about 20 cm in diameter. When the pan is hot, pour the contents with a ladle. Leave the heart for a few seconds and then turn.
Fill the crêpes with Pistì pistachio cream and garnish with Pistì pistachio grains.
