 400 g fettuccine
 200 g salmon smoked
 1 small spring onion
 190 g pesto of pistachio
 grains of pistachio qb
 salt to taste
 oil qb

Prepare the ingredients: pesto of pistachio, salmon, pasta, grain, oil and salt.

Brown the finely chopped spring onion in oil. Add the salmon and fry for about one minute. Then remove from the heat and pour in the jar of pesto. Cook the fettuccine and when cooked, drain them with tongs and place them in the previously prepared sauce. Turn them gently with a wooden fork until they are mixed.

Serve on a plate with a sprinkling of grains of pistachio.
