
Prepare the ingredients: pistachio pesto, salmon, pasta, grains, oil and salt.
Brown the finely chopped spring onion in oil. Add the salmon and sauté for about a minute. Then remove from the heat and pour in the jar of pesto. Cook the noodles al dente and when cooked, drain them with tongs and put them in the previously prepared sauce. Gently turn them with a wooden fork until they are combined.
Serve in a dish with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
