For pistachio lovers this dish is a must try! The lasagna prepared with Pistì pistachio pesto are very tasty to make your guests go crazy.

For the lasagna we used 2 of our products: pistachio pesto and chopped pistachio.
Mix the pistachio pesto with the bechamel sauce.
Put 3/4 tablespoons of vegetable broth on the base of the pan.
Lay down the lasagna.
Cover the lasagna with the pistachio béchamel.
Add the stringy cheese (both types), the Parmesan, the speck and the chopped pistachios. Proceed like this for 4 or 5 layers. Cover the final layer with the pistachio béchamel, parmesan and grains.
Place in a preheated oven at 200/210 degrees, covering the pan with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Then remove the paper and brown the lasagna for 10 minutes.
After cutting, it lets it cool down a bit and then it is ready to be devoured!
