
Prepare all the necessary ingredients and off you go! (don't forget the Pistì pistachio cream)
Let the milk cool in a saucepan for a few minutes, then pour it into a bowl. Add the sugar and butter (at room temperature). Work everything quickly with the whisk. One at a time, add the eggs, then the flour and finally the yeast. Likewise all the ingredients until the lumps are eliminated.
At this point, pour a spoonful of dough, a couple of teaspoons of pistachio cream and another spoonful of dough into each muffin cup.
Bake your muffins in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 15/20 minutes.
