 360 g short pasta
 300 g fresh deliscated anchovies
 300 g Pachino cherry tomatoes
 190 g pistachio pesto

Cook the pasta al dente and add salt to taste, drain, season with 2 tablespoons of oil and let it cool.

Brown the garlic clove cut in half in a little oil, add the anchovies and cook for a few minutes.
