
Select all the ingredients and let's start with the preparation.
Knead and mix the ingredients well until you get a soft ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then roll it out with a rolling pin with a thickness of about 8 mm.
Make some discs with a glass.
Place a teaspoon of cream in the center of each disc.
Add a pinch of grain to each disk and cover with another disk, taking care to press the edges well without letting the cream come out.
Arrange on a baking sheet on parchment paper and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180 °. Bake for about 20/25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar and pistachio flour. Serve after they have cooled down.
