Homemade Pistachio Granita

 350 g ice cubes
 150 g sugar
 pure paste of pistachio qb

Place the sugar in the bimby for 20 seconds at turbo speed. Insert the ice and blend for about one minute at turbo speed with a spatula.

Then add two generous tablespoons of pure paste of pistachio and turn to turbo for another minute. If desired, add another tablespoon of paste of pistachio and turn for about 20 seconds at turbo speed.

Pour into glasses or, if not consumed immediately, place in the freezer.
