Pistachio Halloween Spider

 2 rolls of puff pastry
 200 g cream pistachio
 1 egg

Arrange and spread the cream to the pistachio on the first roll of puff pastrythen cover with the second one, making it fit tightly and pressing it down lightly.

Place a glass in the centre and cut out the strips for the legs and head with a knife, but taking care to leave the edges (follow the instructions in the video) and remove the superfluous part (you can use it to make twists).

Roll the strips on themselves, brush the spider with beaten egg and bake at 180° for 20/30 minutes.
