 500 g fresh, unsweetened whipping cream
 200 g spreadable cream with pistachio Pistì
 250 g condensed milk
 chopped pistachios

In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the cream of pistachio Pistì until the mixture is creamy and fairly firm.

Whip the cream until it has a nice firm consistency. With circular motions from bottom to top, incorporate the cream into the condensed milk with pistachio until the mixture is homogeneous. If you want, you can also add some pistachio brittle pieces. Pour the ice cream into a container, I use the plumcake tray, decorate with chopped pistachios. Place the ice cream in the freezer and let it rest for at least 6 hours. Serve your ice cream with pistachio creamy and delicious.
