 250 g fresh ricotta
 100 g cooked ham
 30 g parmesan cheese
 30 g pecorino
 150 g grains of pistachio
 salt and pepper to taste

In a medium-sized bowl, pour the fresh ricotta, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino Romano cheese, chopped cooked ham, a pinch of pepper and salt.

Mix everything together for a few minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Form some truffles medium-sized.

Roll them on the pistachio granules, gently repeating them several times until the entire surface is covered.

Threading the truffles with a toothpick and let them rest in the refrigerator until serving time.
