Fluffy masks filled with pistachio cream

 320 g Flour 0
 2 eggs
 90 g sugar
 80 g butter
 50 ml milk
 10 g baking powder
 1 sachet vanillin
 1 pinch of salt
 frying oil qb
 Pistì chocolate cream qb for decoration
 coloured sugar grains to taste for decoration

In a bowl, place the eggs, milk, sugar, cold melted butter and vanillin.
Mix everything together with a spoon or hand whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder a little at a time. Knead with a spoon and then complete by hand on a pastry board. Form into a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes, wrapping it in cling film.
Then roll out with a rolling pin and cut out the templates.

Fry in hot oil.

Spread pistachio cream on one mask and cover with the other.
Decorate as desired with Pistì chocolate cream and sprinkle with coloured cannellini beans or coloured sugar grains.
