 1 panettone
For the cream
 250 g mascarpone cheese
 150 g pistachio cream
 100 g already sweetened vegetable cream
For the wet
  cups of unsweetened coffee
 1 cup of milk

In a bowl, whip the cream and set it aside. Mix the mascarpone with the pistachio cream until you have a well blended mixture. Add the previously whipped cream with gentle movements to keep it from disassembling. Put the cream in a pastry bag.

Cut the panettone into slices of about 1.5 cm and cut out many squares according to the size of the glasses you will use. Compose the glasses by placing a panettone base. Brush with coffee. stuffed with mascarpone cream. Complete the glasses by decorating with chopped pistachios. Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
