
Prepare all the necessary ingredients mentioned above and let's start with the preparation.
Prepare the base by whipping the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer.
Add the oil first and then the milk. Then pour in the flour, cocoa and yeast one at a time.
Transfer the well blended mixture into a mold of about 20 cm in diameter, carefully greased and floured. Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool and then cover with pistachio cream with the help of a spatula.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
